In addition to the partners, we are a training and teaching practice and as such, we have a GP Registrar attached to the Practice for twelve months and also have medical students within the Practice.

The Administrative Team

	Business Manager Our Business Manager is Mr Colin Blackwell MSc, LL.B. (Hons). His responsibilities include business development, strategic management and organisational development.
	Administrative Manager Our Administrative Manager is Carol Bates.  She is responsible for the day to day management of the Practice including personnel and training, management of the rotas, financial administration and patient welfare.
	Practice Team We have many other clerical practice staff members including a Clinical Systems Manager, Practice Secretary, Administrators and Receptionists.
