If you have a disability and require any assistance, please do not hesitate in contacting a member of staff. In our current building, we do not have lift facilities at Barry, so if you find that you cannot climb the stairs for whatever reason, please let the reception staff know when making your appointment and we will arrange for you to see a doctor on the ground floor.

If you have asked to see a particular doctor who's consulting room is on the first floor, please let the receptionist know when you arrive at the surgery and we will arrange for you to be seen on the ground floor.

The Practice aims to cater for all patients' needs. If you have any concerns or suggestions that you feel would help assist in the facilities for disabled patients within the surgery, for example large print posters, please contact Mr Colin Blackwell Business Manager to discuss further.
