Some patients have reported problems when trying to access the order repeat prescriptions webpage (It fails to load or you get an error message). Unfortunately this is due to a technical issue to do with cookies on your local PC/computer browser. Because our secure form had cookies enabled the page would not load because it was 'full'. All the forms have now been cleared and reset and cookies disabled, but unfortunately those patients who have already experienced difficulty will probably have to clear the cookies on their computer/browsers.
