A home visit can be requested between 8.30am and 10am if you are too ill to attend the surgery.

Please be ready to give the Receptionist your name, address, age and telephone number and brief details of your problem. The Doctor or Nurse Practitioner will telephone you back about your condition.

Lack of transport, bad weather and looking after children is not a reason for home visits.

In case of an emergency (a life threatening or critical event) dial 999 and ask for an ambulance.
