High Street Family Practice is committed to working with our NHS partners to deliver quality health care to our patients that meets the highest standards. We will provide courteous and confidential care using a skilled and sensitive multidisciplinary team ensuring that the needs of our patients will be assessed using our resources in an equitable, effective manner.

History of High Street Family Practice

High Street Family Practice formed in 1990 when the High Street Partnership joined with Drs Bryan and Davies. Dr Lazarus and Dr Matthews joined the Practice in 1994. Dr Goodfellow was appointed a Partner in 2003.  In January 2006 Dr Lewis also joined as a Partner.

High Street Family Practice has two surgeries, one at High Street, Barry and a branch surgery at Fontygary Road, Rhoose.

Our new Medical Centre will be more spacious than our current home in High Street but will have modern state of the art equipment and facilities together with ample parking for patients who visit the surgery.
